Dr Jonathan Foo is a Specialist Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeon with dual surgical fellowships from both Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and the Royal Australian College of Surgeons. Dr Foo further specialized in post-fellowship training of oesophago-gastric and bariatric surgery through the College of Surgeons ANZGOSA program.
Now based in Perth, Dr Foo operates privately at Hollywood and Glengarry Private Hospitals. Dr Foo also has a public appointment at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital as an Upper GI and Bariatric Surgeon and is the Surgical Director of Clinical Training. Dr Foo has a university appointment with University of Western Australia as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Discipline of Surgery, and as a Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame School of Medicine.

Dr Low has a university appointment with Curtin Medical School as Clinical Dean and Senior Lecturer. He is also the Australian coordinator for The Upper Gastrointestinal Surgical Society (TUGSS), and a Member of ANZGOSA, ANZMOSS and GESA.
