Skin & Medical Northbridge makes provision for urgent cases when your doctor is fully booked or is not available.
- You will be offered an appointment with an alternate doctor in the practice.
- You can ask the receptionist to place you under the ” cancellation list” and call you in the event of an appointment becoming available.
- You can also request the nurse to call you for triage if you believe you require to be seen sooner.
